Tortillas Grill & Cantina is an exciting new restaurant concept at Cal
State University Channel Islands. A unique blend of traditional recipes
and contemporary favorites, Tortillas Grill offers Mexican cuisine that is
reminiscent of the home cooked flavors from the local farming Pantoja family.
Seasonal in its specials and variety, Tortillas recipes reflect the local
agricultural tradition of the county. Many of the ingredients are locally
grown and hand picked from the surrounding farm lands resulting in the
truly freshest ingredients.
From the lemons to the tomatoes, the cilantro to the peppers, they are
harvested locally and delivered straight to the restaurant. Avocados
are hand picked from the family farm and of course the tortillas are
hand made.
